Need quiet Nforce4 mb (No chipset fan)

I have a DFI NF4 Ultra-D. Chipset fan is driving me nuts. I've tried every heatsink/fan combo for the chipset and can't find one quiet enough.
Problem is, I can't fit a large passive heatsink on without interfering with the video card. (Especially with an aftermarket heatsink on the video card.)

Is there any good motherboard that I can do this with. I know there's an Asus board out there with a passive heatsink/pipe combo, but if I remember correctly it's like $200 which is way too much. I don't need SLI either.

And if anyone can recommend any 2GB kits that would work well with said motherboard, that would be great.

Most of the Gigabyte nforce4 boards have a heatsink rather than a fan.

Abit K8N SLI might be worh a look - meant to be similiar features/performance to the Asus but cheaper
