Need QUIET GPU cooler - MSI's is driving me crazy

I have a Geforce4 Ti4400 from MSI and the fan on it is louder than a Rolls Royce Jet Engine. I completely takes over my retail p4 HSF and my case fans. For my taste, its almost unbearable.

Since I don't plan on overclocking this card, I need the quietest HSF I can get that fits this card without it overheating of course.

Thats why I didn't buy the MSI. Maybe you could try a 7 volt mod to slow the fan rpm down. If you could find someone selling a normal GF4 ref HS/Fan, that would also work. Can you return it and get another brand?
