Basically, it's just a regular Antec 1030 case w/ a nicer shell. However, I purchased it before they offered their quiet cooling system.

I'd say it runs at about 60 decibels...probably even higher. I'll shut the door to my office, and I'll still hear the fans outside.

I was thinking about going w/ a watercooling or something, but really afraid to do it. I'm not worried about warranty because it's over, but there isn't much room in the case. I can't do anything about CPU fans as they're already mounted and it's dual xeon. HD's running in array, so really i'm thinking about replacing power supply and case fans..(unless everyone says water cooling is worth a shot)..

help please...

Watercooling is most definitely worth a shot. If you follow instructions and you're careful, its not that hard.

Plus, most of the prebuilt ones are external, so you don't really need to make room for anything but the tubes.

good point, there are a bunch of external units that take up very little space and work well. Also, the coolermaster aquagate fits in some 5.35"bays if u have 2-3 available. Also, u can build or buy some hd coolers/isolation boxes, that cool the hard drives, and they dampen the noise. Also, I have seen a few aftermarket socket 603/604 heatsinks (xeon) if you want to keep out of liquid cooling.
