Ran some program I downloaded and my monitor went crazy. Screen settings were probably about 200X200. Obviously I had a hard time doing anything with this, but finally got my settings back to normal. Used my Second Chance software to reset and get rid of my download, but now my Office toolbar and my task bar will not load AT ALL. Continued using Second Chance to try and correct it, but nothing has worked. Anyone have any suggestions or am I going to have to reload Office and Windows (I hope not). Any help will be appreciated.
