Trying to put together my brand new system but the power supply seems bad. The fan doesn't turn and my system didn't boot up. So I disconnect the PS and and tried turning it on couple of times. The PS fan still won't turn and when I measured voltages they all read 0 volts. So I am assuming PS is dead.
Just want to make sure if the PS is dead before I ship it back to newegg. Anythings I should double check? It was a FSP 400W PS which got great reviews. Surprised to find DOA.
