Need quick help from the Experts (for PS3) want to buy now

i need help choosing wich will have the BEST overall picture or maybe you have some other suggestions for how to spend my money. This is for my PS3

Now im not worried about the Size at all or the Prices. Just looking for overall Quality. One is IPS one is NOT.

What i want is the BEST overall Image Quality and i think IPS wins correct?

I would go for the bravia 40 inch, your link does not work at the moment, but they are nice tvs, and I would rather have a 40 inch to game on then the 23

sorry about that I fixed the links. check them out. also im not paying the 719 dollar Price for that TV. im getting it brand new for 500 with Stand

im trying to get the best overall Image and i wasnt sure if the Bravia has an IPS panel at all

I assume you've been to http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=39226 "the LCD Thread". There are tradeoffs with the different panel technologies, so which is the best is subjective.
