Need PSU recommendation

I need some help finding a new PSU. My budget is $80 max shipped. NO mail in rebates.

I need to power the following system:

Intel C2D e6300 @ 2.8ghz
Gigabyte GA-965-S3
2gb (will be 4gb before the end of the year) DDR2-800
3x7200 RPM SATA hds (250gb, 320gb, 1tb and replacing the 320gb w/a 1tb before the end of the year)
Radeon HD3870
sata DVDRW
5 or 6 80mm fans


Id like to have something reliable and high-quality. I've been waiting for the Corsair 550vx to come down in price, but it only seems to go up. I was also looking at getting another FSP PSU also. Any help is appreciated.

wow, that is a great deal.

Buy.com had the VX550 for $85 before rebate and free shipping though, but you got a good deal on that Seasonic...for some reason the Seasonic brand stuff was more expensive than the Corsair stuff that were based on the Seasonics...I suppose due to Corsair's superior distribution channels.
