Need PSU for under $75

I am looking for PSU $75, I need a PSU for new HTPC I am building. Recently, I just bought an Antec NeoHE 550W for $65 shipped after MIR for my old system. I could possibly use the NeoHE 550 for HTPC and get another for my old system.

My HPTC configs looks like this:
Core 2 e6750
Abit IP35-E
MSI NX8500GT- HDMI
2x HP DDR-667 1 GB
1x 500 GB (probably seagate)
1x TV tuner (Will get later)
1x DVD-Burner
1x BluRay/HD-DVD drive (will get later on)

Like I said I could use the NeoHE 550 for my HTPC and get one for my old system. However, I do think my old system may actually require more power since it has tons of HDs. Here is what my old system looks like:

AMD A64 3400+ S754
MSI Neo Platinum MB
1x ATI x850 pro
1x 1GB Corsiar + 1x 512 Corsair DDR 400
3 x 500 GB Seagate SATA
1 x 250 GB Seagate SATA
1 x 120 GB Seagate ATA
1 x Nec 2500A DVD-burner

Any suggestions would be helpful.

hmz, top of my head, I'd say similar qaulity, perhaps the EA slightly better. The vx's aren't seasonic made, the hx's are. Dunno who makes the vx 450/550, but they are still pretty good. EA's are seasonic OEM psu's, in the end, can't go wrong with either.

from what I have read

VX450-Seasonic
VX550-Channel Well
HX520-Seasonic
HX620-Seasonic
TX650-rumored to be Seasonic
TX750-Channel Well
HX1000-Channel Well

I am thinking about getting a EA 430w and dumping on my old System. Form the Spec looks like the Corsair vx 450 will provide only a bit more power than the EA 430W. What do you guys think? They going for only $30 MIR at new egg.

Hmm, the 380W does seem to have enough amps on 12V rails to power the system. Not sure how close that will cut for my old system requirements. Might just grab the 430w since its $10 more.

I currently have an old Thermal take 480W in my old system, the problem with is that is has only one 12V rail with 18A. Should been wiser when I bought that PSU few years go, would have saved some trouble now.

Zip Zoom Fly has the Corsair VX550 for 73.90 after a 15MIR. It was a 20 MIR before when I ordered mine, very nice power supply. Also nabbed a EA420 off of newegg with the rebate deal.....nice plain power supply, haven't powered it up yet though.
