Hi all,
Some time ago I got a recommendation from this newsgroup for a program that
allowed my to selectively "lock out" specific programs with a right click on
their shortcuts. It integrated into the Windows shell and was called RC3 or
RC4 decrypt or something like that. I have found a few with the same type of
encryption but none with that simple right click interface.
I like to lock my teenager out of MSN Messenger during exam time🙂))
If anyone has any info on this or any other prog. to do this please let me
know.
