Need program to incrrease a long wave's volume.. Any suggestions

I have the sound from a DVD Rip that I am trying to store on my computer.
The sound is insanely low so Id like to raise the volume level.

The 2 wave files are 1 hr long a piece.

SoundRec32 will not raise the volume of these files (ghosted out)

CoolEdit will raise the volume, but will only let me do 5 mins of it..

Anyone know a good easy program to raise the volume of this wave?

What version of CoolEdit are you using? Also try Wave Repair. I don't know if it will do what you want but it is worth a shot.
