need prog for winzip *help if you can*

I'm trying to use my winzip to open up the Nbench3.exe zip file I downloaded from a site. Heard that this is a cool program but my zip prog says it needs and external program to unpack it.

what I'm looking for is the LHA.exe program....and preferably v2.13 (it's the one that winzip says will work with it)

If anyone has this program or has a link to where I can download it, then your help will be greatly appreciated 😀
