Need Professional DVD Rewritable help herre

Hello I want to burn for example some data on rewritable dvd disc, and put it into another comp's DVD-ROM, which drive will let me do it, which is the best?

and I want these features at least to be on

burns CD-R discs at least 8x
burns CD-RW discs at least 4x
burns DVD-R discs
burns DVD-RW discs
may be
burns DVD+RW (I dunno what is that?)
burns DVD+R (I dunno what is that?)

I am looking for 4.7 GB or more DVD storage that would store data files/video and it could be read on a standard DVD-ROM, which format will do that for me?

DVD+RW/+R is newer then DVD-rw/-r and is supposed to be more compatible but for the moment the -r/rw standard has the most backwards compatibility, the pioneer 104 (ao4) their second generation -rw drive is pretty good and will do everything you want.
