Need Processor Heatsink/Fan Bracket for ASUS P5WD2 Premium MB

I got a good deal on a used Intel 3.2 Gigahertz slot T socket 775 processor (bare processor, not a retail kit) and so I purchased an ASUS P5WD2 Premium motherboard and an ASUS Star Ice processor heatsink/fan kit. So far so good. But the mounting gasket and bottom plate will not mount flush to the bottom of the motherboard as there are component leads which protrude through the bottom the of the motherboard where the gasket/plate needs to mount. That was disappointing, but more importantly I can?t seem to locate a processor heatsink/fan bracket that will work (mount) on the top of the motherboard, it needs to be a certain configuration to miss the motherboard components around the bracket mounting holes. Any ideas, help or recommendation on a bracket that will work on the P5WD2 Premium board?
