My father-in-law went into the hospital today, he is diabetic. on some scale of 1-10 if you reach 10 you have to go on dialysis. he is 9.87.
they are operating today or tomorrow to put 2 stints in. one near his neck and the other near his kidney's.

I really don't know alot of how this will affect his life. if anyone has info on dialysis I would appreceate it. I am finding my impressions of it were wrong.

He has 9 kids (6 adopted) and is a foster parent to about 10 more currently in his house. Those of you who Pray I would Appreciate you keeping him in your prayers for a complete healing ang peace for the family.

I feel your pain, my dad just went to the ER this morning via ambulance. He's back home now, we're awaiting test results. :(

My mother worked at a dialysis clinic as a nurse for 5 or so years. Hopefully he'll get a transplant, the dialysis process isn't much fun. They gotta go couple times a week for several hours.
