Need PIII MB recommendation. Want onboard SCSI.

I want to build a development server and need a recommendation for a MB. I'm going to stick with a PIII, but I do want on-board SCSI. Since it's going to be a server, the more onboard, the better. Pretty much this thing is just going to sit there, so stability is preferred over the ability to tweak.
