okay it's not very likely but is there a site with a bunch of pictures of people (just faces is fine) that can be searched based on hair color, eye color, facial features, etc? or something similar?

how about a site with lots of non-searchable mug shots? I've found a couple sites on google but they're not very good.
 
You can search the Florida Department of Corrections Current offender list via the link at www.myflorida.com I know at work we can filter by age sex height hair/eye color etc, I'm not sure which options you have at the public site
