Need photoshopper's help

I have this picture that I wanna turn into a dualie background. I've alreayd cropped it to include the picture I want but...

-Due to sizing matter, i have white space on the left and right
-There are portions of other people in the picture that I want removed

So basically can someone emulate the cloudy background and apply it to the white space and over bodies of the people in the left and right of hte main guy?

Just a quick job. You might be able to spruce it up to how you wanted it. I thought leaving more light in around him made it look cooler, like he was shooting electricity.

Wow that's pretty good, better than my efforts with the clone tool. Any way you can fill the white spaces with clouds as well?

It's obvious where the smudge brush was used.
