Need PDA advice

Like the title says.

I am looking for a new PDA, cost is NOT a concern as long as I keep it under $1000.

I like the large format screens of the new PocketPCs.

I like the software support of the Palms (esp the medical software).

I want WiFi regardless of type.

I am looking at the Dell v50 (somthing or nother) versus the Palm lifedrive.

Is the screen worth it? That would be the only reason for me to go to Pocket PC. For the record I have 2 other PocketPCs. Screen is not the vga on those 2.
