Need PCI-E 6800 GT help fast

I have a XFX PVT45GUDF7 PCI-E 6800 GT video card. one of their high end cards. I get some windows coming up for this card stating The card is not recieving enough power from the PSU. It is shutting the card down to a level where no damage will happen. My PSU is a OCZ 600 watt with dual 12V rails. Everything on the OCZ is green showing more than enough power is going to the card. The card has a regular PCI-E connector for power off the back of the card. It has 2 molex connectors straight from the power supply giving it power. No where in the nvidia menu can i find a place to check to see what the issues are or if it has turned the card down permanently.

The card was purchased from Computer HQ and I have a RMA requested for this card for refund. I am just wondering if this is a normal problem for this card and if there is an easy solution to it. I actually never realized what a nightmare XFX tech support is and trying to reach them is also a nightmare.

Ok I fugured part of it out on my own. In the n-vidia settings it is set to slow GPU down when temp of gpu core hits 127 C. Currently it is running at 60 degrees C. All that is running is windows. no games no nothing. But what I fail to understand it will give me a warning saying it is not recieving enough power and is shutting down to a safe level.

Are the two molex connectors that you attached to this card from the same 12V power rail? I did this by accident when I first installed my BFG 6800U-OC and got the identical message. As soon as I changed one of my molex connectors to the other rail, it worked like a charm.
