i have never used paypal before, but i just got a debit card (my first card of any type 😀), and i'd like to get hooked up with paypal. how does it work? what's the best way to do things? i'd like to be able to send and receive, is that possible, or do you have to pay? i know my questions are pretty general, but like i said ive never used it before and im pretty confused....TIA.....
 
umm...why don't you check out paypals site first and THEN ask questions to fill in the gaps.
