Well, we're finishing the basement, and in one area we have all the power cables, network hubs, routers, cable modem, UPS for electronics, satelite receiver, etc. in one area. We currently have two square of wood which we will put cabinets on. One is for all electronics and a few others I mentioed and the other box contains electrical stuff. We are going to make a 3rd square to be some kind of cover on and glass inside of it. Within that area, I'm going to put our server up using a really small PSU that came with my brother's Emachines small case. I'd like to avoid having fans at all because there won't be much space for the fan to blow all the hot air. Passive cooling also eliminates any noise 
Where can I find such a thing? Remember, this is an old Celery vegetable back from the stone age running at 433mhz, hehe
