need partition program.. not fdisk

Hi all.. Okay. I can't figure out a way to make more than one primary partition with fdisk, and I can't make it fat32 either (as far as I could make out with fdisk anyhow).. I can't use partition magic cause I don't have money (having spent it all on this system).. I read a post by someone that had a link to some free app that creates partitions.. anyone know what it is?
 
If you are running W2k the disk management tool alows you to configure partition settings. It's quite nice and effective but not as powerful as partition magic 6.
