Need packaging to RMA drive. Where?

Where would I go to find packaging material? I'm returning an IBM and they're strict about the packaging I ship it back in. I called and ask the customer rep. to do a cross ship but she said that was not possible.. 😛

The site does recommend a place to purchase packaging, but I'm not packing $11 for that!

I had the same problem. I went to a bunch of local computer stores and none of them had hardrive packaging. I called IBM back and told them I can't find anywhere locally to get the packaging. The rep sent me some packaginging for free via next day UPS.

You must have had a really nice rep. Mine just told me I could order the packaging online. I also emailed them asking if there was cross-ship (again, this time email). I got back the same line "cross shipping is not an option. need to send drive first." I'm hoping one of my friends has an old harddrive box.
