Need P4-Xeon MB Recommendations

Hey all, I have just purchased 2x 2.0Ghz LV Xeons, D1 core, 604pin, 400Mhz FSB.

Now, I need a board that will enable me to clock the processors at 533Mhz FSB, support Standard DDR, and have a PCI-X slot for my Adaptec 2610SA SATA card. I am not looking to spend a ton of money here, any ideas?

This will be replacing my current MSI K8T Neo FIS2R/ A64 3400-1MB combo and used as a file/web server.
