Need Outlook Help

Hopefully someone can help,

I'm using Outlook 2003. I'm trying to get it so that any incoming email is redirected to another email address (redirect is where it gives you a copy and "forwards" a copy but the "forwarded" email still is from the original mailer). I went to Tools > Rules > and created a new rule. I thought i had it all set but then it says "redirect isn't compatible with run rules now".

I'm very confused. It works if I make the rule to "forward" rather than "redirect" but what I want to do is it to be redirected.

I followed the set up instructions from: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011502011033.aspx

Thanks so much for your help!

"redirect isn't compatible with run rules now" just means you can't hit the "Run Rules Now" button. It should still perform the redirect on all new incoming messages, you just can't do it on messages you've already received. At least that's what it seems like is happening. I see that MS's instructions do say to hit the Run Rules Now button.
