Need opinion on Sapphire MB

NewEgg is selling the SAPPHIRE M845A for $39. I know they are now selling ATI based video cards but the M845A is the first mainboard I've seen from them. While there will not be much performance due to its usage of SDRAM I am attracted to it because it uses an Intel chipset. Before I get one, does anyone have any experiance with this brand or even with this particular mainboard? I'm from Hawaii so I'm not sure if having to send it back and pay the high shipping will be worth any headache. Should I just stick with a SIS board?
