Need opinion on memory configuration

New build to be my everyday user. MB of course has dual channel support. My question is should I go 2x4 gig sticks or would 4x2 gig sticks be better. 8 gigs total is plenty for what I do, should I save the $10 with 2 4 gig sticks or just fill all 4 slots with 2 gig sticks? What do you think?
 
2x4GB, this is an obvious decision. It's less stressful on the memory controller, cheaper, and offers the option of upgrading down the road.
 
This is the way I was leaning, didn't even think of future upgrading. Sometimes you can't see the light with your head up your *ss. Too focused on other aspects of my build to think about memory other than the total amount I wanted. Thanks for pointing that out.
