Need opinion on LCD monitor

Can't afford a 19" version so I have to settle on a 17" LCD which is gonna be an upgrade from my 3-4 year old Dell CRT.

Was wondering if anyone had any experience with this LCD as the company is unknown to me, but from what I can tell, the specs are pretty good for gaming. 500:1 contrast, 16.7 mil colors, 8ms response (hope its not just an overdrive from 12ms) and 400cd brightness. I'm wondering what type of panel it is; Tn, MVA/PVA or S-IPS.

Anyways if anyoen want's to chime in or maybe give some suggestions on other 17" gaming LCD's, it would be greatly appreciated.
 
Wouldnt get it the box has to many asian words ;(. Never heard of the company go with the samsung 17 lcd that cost around 225
