Need of assistance, lexmark printer issue.

The printer was not working, so I uninstalled it.

I tried to install the printer, when I do ntvdm.exe starts taking up 100% cpu and will not stop and the printer will not install, just sits there.

I've tried to kill ntvdm.exe while it's doing this but it will not stop I have to reboot the computer the hard way.

Anyone had this problem before?

Have you downloaded the latest printer drivers from Lexmark? Have you installed drivers already for the printer (from Lexmark, not in-the-OS drivers) ?

This problem is happening with the latest drivers from lexmark.

The problem occurs while trying to install the drivers from lexmark, when I try to install the drivers from the lexmark site that is when ntvdm.exe starts taking 100 percent of the cpu.
