Need non -Java Web Cam app...

Does anyone know of any non-Java or non-ActiveX web cam apps? I have a Motorola Q Smart Phone and I would like to be able to log into my web cam at my office to monitor sometimes. The only problem, the Motorola Q do not have Java or Active X in the Mobile Windows 5 version of IE.

So, only other option I have is running a web app on my pc at my office that does not require java or active x to log in a view it.

Suggestions?
