Need new video card for new system, but faster than old.

Ok im upgrading to new PC, i really need to before DX10 cards are released.

building a C2D system to OC. Got lowest C2D CPU, 2gig of good memory, and nice gigabyte mobo.

Now im coming from a p4 2.43ghz, 9700 PRO AGP card, 1gig of ram..

I know video card is main thing for games, but what card can hold me over till DX10 cards that is faster than my old 9700 PRO card, but around $100-150 range than can play BF2 at 1024x768 and other games till i upgrade to a better DX10 card?


Nvdia or ati does not matter to me, just best performace in that price range.

Id say that a x850xt would do you pretty nice for the money. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102688 $119 isnt bad at all and will do well on BF2.
