Need new powersupply for P4.. any suggestions..

My current 350watt PSU has just died and i didn't get the chance to o/c it at all
So, i am after a new PSU, around the 400watt mark, but it has to be quiet (not like my 350 which was like a vacuum cleaner) and it has to be reliable
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

My current PC Specs:
P4 2.26
Epox 4G4A+
512mb Crucial PC-2700
Asus GF4MX440
SB Live Value!
30gb Seagate Barracuda
8gb Seagate Meddalist
12x Hitachi DVD-ROM
8x4x32x Burner (Acer)
Floppy Drive

So yeah, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

It is out of these 2 PSU's:
Enermax 350watt
Enermax 421watt
AOpen 400watt

Which one do you reckon?
