Ok, here's what I got:
X2 3800+ Toledo 939
Neo2 Plat
OCZ 2x512EL (BH-5)

Now, I want to get the CPU to 2.4GHz and use 2x1GB memory.
My current memory only gets to 210, I can't give these BH-5s enough voltage on this board to get any higher so my current setup is at a 0% OC ;)
So what memory to get?
Would getting a pair of DDR500 make it easier hit 2.4GHz than getting a pair of DDR400.
I've never used DDR500s, so I know nothing about them.
I want to keep the ratio 1:1 preferably.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for the help guys.

Well, how high you can overclock your CPU is independent of the RAM, since you don't need to run them 1:1, you can use a divider.
I got my 2x1024MB today, I did a lot of research and went for a G.Skill DIMM Kit 2048MB PC3200 DDR CL2-3-2-5 (F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX). Overclocks fine to DDR500 at 3-3-3-7, and I'm gonna try more MHz and tighter timings tomorrow.

Doesn't using a divider decrease the performance a little bit?
I know it's better to have the extra performance from the CPU at a slight loss in the memory than the other way around (clocking your memory up).
But I'd rather have best of both worlds.
And isn't that what you get when you keep it at 1:1?

All things being equal, 1:1 only gives you better performance from the higher memory speed: on A64/X2 systems there's no inherent penalty for using a divider.

Sure it's nice to be able to run 1:1 (my Ballistix DDR500 handle 267MHz at default timings & VDIMM), but there's not a lot other than benchmarks that gains significantly from DDR533 over DDR400 (dual channel, 1T, fast timings). The best of both worlds? Not really worth it: either use a divider or use looser timings to find your highest 1:1 memory speed.
