Need new LCD TV/MOnitor

I need an LCD that has all or some of these features:
QAM tuner
~<8ms response time
1080i or better
27"ish
Has to have digi sound output from internal tuner
Must have DVI/HDMI and prefer VGA but doesn't have to have it!

If you want a tuner (and QAM at that) , you want a TV set, not a monitor. In this size, I don't think you will find the resolution you want.

You might have to rethink your choices:

--- get a 27-inch computer monitor without tuner, or

--- get a larger (37-inch or more) TV set
