My mom needs a laptop, shes not a heavy computer user and all she needs it for is surfing the net......Shes looking to spend aronund 550$ usd......

Im going to look in the hot deals section and stuff but noticed theres always hot deals that i miss, or other sites with deals that i dont know about....

What about dell do they have any coupons ?
