with just 2gb of ram and an older dual core, you will not be getting a very smooth experience on the settings a decent card can run. really at that res I would just get a 6750 with your setup. even with that card, you will need to keep some settings turned down a bit since they impact the cpu too. and the game is probably to hitch with just 2gb of system ram though.

you need to list the exact power supply that you have too.

that psu is pretty crappy and was only rated for 18 amps on the 12v when new which it probably never even made even then. there is probably only 12-13 amps at best available in realistic conditions after few years of use. thats 144 watts on the 12v which is where about 90-95% of your power needs to come from. even your current system uses about 125-130 watts so no way would a get video card that uses any more power. 6670 would be the highest I would go with and really even that will be pushing that cheap psu almost to the limit.

That's the Corsair 430CX for Rs. 2536 from the website you indicated above. Probably the lowest power PSU I would suggest for a system with a discreet GPU.

And that's the GPU I would suggest for you (just a hair over your budget at Rs. 7392). MSI 7750, 1GB GDDR5. Slight factory OC. Best card in that price range.

EDIT: But as others have mentioned, GTA4 is a very CPU intensive game, typically only runs well on a quad-core processor. So you may do these upgrades and still not be happy with the performance.

Sachin, it might be better to ask around in some Indian tech forums. While this site may be named Anandtech, there is nothing Indian about this site. And frankly you are looking at a complete system overhaul for what you need. So you could be spending something like 15000 to 20000 INR, if we are looking at the prices here in USD and converting it to INR.
