Need new fans sick of current ones

I have a need for new 120mm fans. My Enermax enlobals while being fairly quiet have two flaws. Sometimes they don't move unless I give them a poke and if dust builds up they get unbalanced and rattle. What I'm looking for is this

Cheap under 10.00 each
4 pin PWM
Black no Leds
quiet my current fans are rated for 36db
moves more air than 36cfm

Looks like the Scythe Slipstreams have better specs for only $1 more than the Kamas.

Well that and the fact that jab-tech has a single kama but has 74 slipstreams in stock.

oh thanks for the help. Gonna go with the sycthe slipstreams once I get the nerve to drop 60 bucks on things that move air

if the stock s775 intel hsf's are fair in the noise dept you could buy a $2 retention module adapter and buy the stock intel hsf's in bulk
