Need new fan for Gateway Solo 1150, advice needed!

I have a Solo 1150 here and need to know:
a) if you can replace the fan on the bottom
b) what fan and where i may be able to get it
c) the procedure, is it plug and play type deal or does it require soldering?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I called gateway and they pretty much said they couldnt help. Thanks!
 
Um... have you opened the case at all? It would seem that basic examination of the insides would answer item A for you... and probably item C. For B, you could measure the fan; it's probably a standard size (60, 80, 90, 120 mm, etc.).
 
It's actually not at my house just yet, its at someone elses, but I will as soon as I get it. I was just trying to get whatever information I could beforehand.
