Need New Everyday Laptop--Please Help!!

I need to replace my Laptop:

* No Gaming
* Web Surfing/Email etc
* Would like DVD drive
* Reliable/Not POS
* Want easy Return Policy
* I live in Nashville
* $300-$600
* SSD would be Nice
* 4th of July sales?

They are so many laptops (mostly Garbage) I'm going to lose my Mind!!
We have 2 nice Desktops so only need a secondary Laptop

If there is I'd look there for one based on a 4th or 5th gen i-3 or i-5 that has all the features you want.

Does it need to run Windows? Decent Chromebooks are cheap and quick but no DVD drive.
