The goal i'm trying to accomplish is a compact air cooled solution. My stacker is too big and too impractical, so its time for a smaller reliable case.

The main problem though is finding a case that is small, but yet has great cooling properties and can house a 2.8-3ghz opty at reliable temps with moderate noise.

The case i've been thinking of is lian li's pc-7b plusII. The heatsink of course the tuniq tower 120, aka the heatsink everyone talks about.

so basically everything in my sig will go into the new case, which ever case i finally decide to pick.

IDK if they are still on sale but hop on over to SVC.com and check out the Coolermaster Mystique 631 cases. They had them on sale for as low as $30. AR. Their shipping kills to the east coast for such a light case, you'll have to check what it is to you. It's basically a Centurion done up in aluminum. It has a bidirectional door and will handle most systems just fine - comes with some some WCing tubing ports precut and grommeted. If that's too small then check out the Gigabyte Aurora 3D. Which is basically a stretch Mystique.
