So, still have 2GB RAM for it, still have the SATA Raid, AMD3500, etc, just want to slide all the stuff onto a new board.

I see stuff at the egg for between $39 and $120. WHat is my best bet? After all the trouble with this board and the cruddy ECS AGP slot fiasco I'd like to find an NVidia board. NF4 with 4 SATA.

Yeah, I know it's an antique, but I don't have a bunch of money right now, looks like layoff coming at work.

Bright ideas?

The pickings are slim for brand new nforce4 boards. Newegg still has some open box boards with no accessories, usually posted on Monday and Tuesday nights at about 9 pm pacific time. Otherwise, expect to go with lesser brands such as foxconn or pay extra on ebay for asus, dfi, etc. I did find one Msi k9n neo4-f board at eagle computer for $53.06 shipped. Asus is still available at a few venders. Do a yahoo search.

The Epox 9NPA+ are some of the best boards as well, and usually a lot cheaper than Asus or DFI. The Epox also got an award back then tying for 1st place in the Anandtech review back then.

thanks for answering. I didn't find the Epox, ended up buying an Asus VIA against my better judgement. Sorry Geezer, did it last night before I saw your post.
