Need network advice

We have a small business with about 10 computers and a network printer. It currently has a Netopia router and linksys hub... The Netopia routher is about 2yrs old and is going out (intermitent trouble). I have an old professional HP 24port 10mb hub that i wanted to use (figured it was stable and reliable?) and want to replace the Netopia dsl router. What should I get to replace the netopia router? We have a small phone line type cord (i forget the terminology but it's not an ethernet size plug, its the smaller one) that the dsl comes in on and plugs into the router. Most of the new routers i see do not accept the small phone line type plugs? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Also, if you think I should not use HP and just buy all new stuff, please recommend what you would get...

Thanks a ton!

I would contact your service provider to see if they can replace your DSL modem/router (Assuming they provided it originally)

If not you will have to buy a DSL modem/router that accepts an RJ-11 (Standard phone line) which is what DSL runs over.

As fas as the hub is concerned, it's got 2 things going against it. 1. It's a hub 2. It's a 10 megabit hub.

For not much money you can get yourself a 16 port 10/100 switch and you'll be much happier if you plan to do any file sharing, etc. between your computers.

Just doing a quick search I found 1 for about $37, obvoiusly being a business you might want to look at something a little more robust but if you are on a tight budget it will work

Do you have a good recomendation for a good DSL router with RJ-11?

Thanks!
