Need name of this R&B song/artist...I think it's Joe or Ginuwine

I was listening to the RealAudio on BET.com, but I caught the tail end of it and didn't catch the name/artist. I thought that the headline said Ginuwine, but I can't seem to find it. Sounds like he says Joe somewhere in the song, but what do I know? Here's what I keep humming in my head.
