Need my hand held through a Netgear RT314 port forwarding excursion...

I'm trying to do this for an online game server that I used to run all the time before I got the router. I can't figure out what specific settings I need to change in which menus? I telnet into the router and then....??? I really need detailed information here, not just something like "forward the game's port number to the appropriate computer IP" I know that, but I don't know how and I can't seem to decipher the Netgear manual....

Thanks....

Page 69 in the manual for Configuration for Local Servers. Menu 15 in the router. Menu shows row for the port number and another for the IP. Pretty simple really.
