need music syncing program

for those of you wondering waht zaireeka is, it was a project by the flaming lips where they created 4 cds each one with a different sound, and to maximize it you have to play all 4 cds at once in sync.

so i was wondering if there was any type of program that will allow me to sync all of them together and make it 1 cd or 1 dvd.

is it even possible?
