What's a good mATX motherboard with the following:

- mATX
- AGP
- PCI-E (not 100% necessary, but I'd like the possibility of a upgrade in the future ;))
- AM2 or LGA775
- DDR2 (have spare DDR2 because they're cheap :p)

Note - This PC will be used as a spare/HTPC(?) PC :)

Looking at AM2:

1. BIOSTAR K8M800 Micro

2. ECS GeForce6100SM-M
* no AGP, but has PCI-EX and built in video

Tons of motherboards popped from search after I took AGP off. Anyone have any recommendations?

Are there any other AM2 motherboards out there that match my specifications?

Looking at LGA775

1. ECS P4M800PRO-M2 V2.0

2. ECS P4M800PRO-M

3. BIOSTAR P4M800 Pro-M7

All of the motherboards above have built in video, but no PCI-E slot. I'm planning to throw in a Geforce FX5200 (AGP)

I would buy a 775Dual-VSTA, but it's not mATX,

Out of these motherboards, which one would you choose? Anyone have personal experience working with any of these motherboards?

If I go AMD --> I'm looking at the AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ Brisbane 1.9GHz (AM2)
If I go Intel --> I'm looking at the lower end celeron (?) conroe based CPU's...

there are loads of nVidia 6100/6150/ & now 7025/7050 mATX mobos if you do away with the AGP requirement plus no doubt some AMD/ATi 690Gs.

I doubt that you will get all your requirements in an mATX format - just too small a PCB & too small a market to make.
Looking at LGA775
If you can go PCI-E only how about something like an abit LG-95?

I'm planning on buying an abit AN-M2HD/X2 3600+ combo.

The abit A-M2 HD looks good, but expensive. What's a good inexpensive (<$80) mATX motherboard with PCI-E + build in video?

the more basic AN-M2 is $77 after rebate at newegg.
BIOSTAR TForce TF7025-M2 is $70, BIOSTAR TForce TF7050-M2 is $80
