Need motherboard suggestion (Intel 1155)

Damn my motherboard to hell, as it is stuck in a BIOS/POST loop which I can not break out from (including using secondary BIOS, and flashing). It was a Z68 board.

So, I am in the market for a new motherboard for my HTPC. There are just a few requirements:

socket 1155
6x SATA 2/3 ports (at least 1 SATA 3)
1x Firewire 400 port
1x PCIe-16x slot
1-2 PCIe-1x slots (possibly for Hauppauge Colossus or similar)

My case supports ATX boards. I would consider a mATX board as long as it meets the above requirements. Any suggestions?
