Need Motherboard recommendation

I plan on getting a P4 2.8 (800MHz) CPU.
I would like to reuse my current memory 2x 512mb PC2100.
I have always had good experience with Asus MB's so I would like to get another one.

This leaves out which chipset to get. I am mainly concerned with stability. So can anyone recommend a motherboard?
