I posted this over in the motherboard forum, but I need a little more feedback.
Here's a new system that I have setup thinking of buying. It goes for about $750 including shipping. I'm buying all of it from newegg-just to cut down on hassle and to try to insure good buys (no rip off parts). Think it's pretty good pricewise / quality? Any recommendations, substitutions, comments? Especially if I can save significantly. Anything not listed, I already have (NIC, sound card, etc) I'm not looking for RAId either. Just a good solid board. Thanks for all the previous and future feeedback everyone.

PS Will I need any cooling stuff? I'm not going for overclocking.
