latest good ones i've seen:

Last Exile, Gundam Seed, (and GS Destiny, upto 36..), Naruto, One Piece (fan sub only, dub is horrid!), Scrapped Princess.

oh and M&C: FLCL absolutely rocks!! sure you won't understand it the first few times, but it is sooo out there, but oh sooo good, and only 6 eps.

I say this everytime I hear the word "anime", but--BERSERK! The best anime ever. I'm also watching Rurouni Kenshin right now. I have to say it started out in a fashion that revolted me, but as trite as it is... I really enjoy watching it.
